Terry Davidson

Owner/President

Terry Davidson, President of Davidson Bohannon Painting, Inc. is a third-generation Arizonan AND the third generation to enjoy a career in the painting industry in Arizona. Working in the business since age 15, Terry utilizes his field experience, college education and business expertise to help clients successfully meet their individual scheduling, budgetary and custom finish needs.

A strong believer in giving back, Terry values the partnerships he has developed both in business and in the community. He has been a member of Rotary 100 since 1983 and chairs the Rotary Committee dedicated to assisting Rebuilding Together, a national outreach organization that provides much needed critical repairs and renovations for low-income homeowners across the United States. In addition, he serves on several other Rotary committees including the Salvation Army Bell Ringers each Christmas season. He also holds membership in the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix.

Bryan C. Volpp

Estimator

Bryan Volpp is uniquely qualified for this position having worked in the painting industry for more than 25 years. He served as the Superintendent for Davidson- Bohannon Painting, Inc. for 14 years and was instrumental in revitalizing and improving the Local Painter’s Apprenticeship program. Working as a member of our Estimating Team, Bryan reviews bid invitations, blueprints and specifications and identifies labor, material, equipment and time requirements, in concert with clients’ individual needs, to prepare accurate and cost-effective painting estimates. Following are the certifications Bryan has earned:

Kathleen Davidson

Office Manager

Kathleen Davidson has 20-plus years of office management. She manages the organization of office operations and procedures, prepares payroll, and handles bookkeeping, banking, correspondence and supplies in addition to overseeing computer operations.

Dan Niemczyk

Superintendent

Dan Niemczyk has worked in the painting industry since 2004. He completed his Apprenticeship Program in Chicago’s District Council 14/Local 147. Displaying exceptional leadership and organizational skills, he was promoted just four years later to Paint Foreman and worked on various projects including a number of high-rise buildings. In 2012, Dan was offered a position at the iconic Navy Pier in Chicago and his skill set was enhanced as he worked on such projects as applying specialized coatings to the celebrated Ferris Wheel and restoring a replica of a Carousel from the 1920’s, along with many other updating and remodeling projects.

Following the decision to relocate from the Windy City to The Valley of the Sun in 2020, Dan joined Davidson-Bohannon Painting, Inc. in May 2020 where he has worked on a variety of commercial and custom residential projects. Again, his leadership and organizational skills led to advancement. Dan was promoted to Superintendent in March 2021 where he is utilizing his expertise to schedule and manage all field-related operations.
